AAU Patronizes “Sawt Al-Hayat” Festival

AAU patronized a charitable festival under the slogan “Sawt Al-Hayat” in cooperation with King Hussein Cancer Center and Fajrona Art Production. The festival which is considered the first of its kind in Jordan took place on August 1, 2018 at the Amman Cultural Palace. The festival included many singing activities such as animated movies songs which were played by a grand musical orchestra and performed by the artist Aida Al-Amricani and the artist Sami Clarck along with the star of (the Voice Kids) Muhammad Al-Bandi. The festival also included success stories for some children who survived Cancer. Meanwhile, the climber, Mustafa Salamah, spoke about his experience in voluntary and charitable works which support King Hussein Cancer Center. The festival whose revenue was allocated for the sake of children with cancer, aimed to entertain and please children and to shed light on the importance of social solidarity in resisting this disease. At the end of the festival, Heba Al-Shurfa, Head of Communication Department at AAU was honored along with other participants and organizers.
