AAU Participates in the National Cleanliness Campaign Titled Himma Walamma

A number of AAU students participated in the National Cleanliness Campaign titled Himma Walamma on Saturday, 28/9/2019. It is worth mentioning that this campaign was organized by the Jordanian Inbound Tourism Operators Association in cooperation with the Ministries of Environment and Tourism as well as the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature under the slogan (Hemma Walamma - Jordan Al-Nakhwah - Baladak Beytak). The participants cleaned the most important tourist destination in Wadi Shueib/ the Kenayaa area “the Wooden Bridge”. This activity is undertaken under the continuous support that AAU provides to serve the local community. Two buses were provided to transport participants from Amman to the tourist area of the campaign. At the end of this campaign, Dr. Suzy Hatouk Buran, the campaign supervisor, thanked AAU’s administration and students for their efforts that contributed to the success of this campaign.
