AAU Participates in the International Children’s Day

Since the Faculty of Nursing is keen on serving the local community and in line with the AAU mission and vision, the Nursing Faculty organized a celebration to mark the World Children's Day on Monday, 19 \ 11 \ 2018. Students of the Community Health Nursing Course coordinated this event with the Ein Al Basha Charity Association of Orphans under the supervision of the Course instructors Abeer Al-Zayat and Dr. Mohammad Al-Dalahmeh. During this event, winter clothes were distributed to 85 orphan children. The Farfish Band also participated in this celebration and sweets were distributed in an atmosphere of joy and happiness. At the end of the celebration, the Chairman of the Association, Mr. Youssef Alnuwaje honored the participating students and their instructors. The Faculty and the University were also honored by receiving a souvenir shield and a certificate of appreciation. Dr. Amal Al- Dagestani met with the students and thanked them for their good cooperation and their efforts to ensure the success of this celebration.
