AAU Participates in the Academic Exchange & Mobility Activity

AAU participated in the academic exchange and mobility activities known as “Staff Mobility for Training”. This was performed through the visit of Dr. Fayrouz Abu Sweilem, the Head of the AAU International Relations Department, to the Vysoka Scola ekonomicka University in the Czech Republic. This participation which took place during the period 7-11/10/2019 is performed within the Erasmus Program which is funded by the European Union. During this visit, Dr. Fayrouz Abu Sweilem met with Dr. Eva Jansa and Dr. Josef Vochozka, the Head of the Educa International Department, where they discussed policies, procedures and mechanisms of academic, administrative and student mobility to build bridges of communication and knowledge between different parties. Dr. Fayrouz pointed out that such events and visits aim to increase the opportunities to introduce universities and their programs at the international level. During this event, many activities took place including delivering lectures for students of the Faculty of Medical Sciences to introduce them to international study in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as well as introducing them to AAU faculties and academic programs.
