AAU Organizes the Winter Campaign to Assist Chaste Families

As a contribution to the leading role of the University in serving the local community, Dr. Shaima Abu Farha of the AAU Faculty of Law organized in coordination with the AAU Supreme Committee for Activities the winter campaign to assist the chaste families on Tuesday 14/1/220. Students enrolled in the “Human Rights & International Humanitarian Law” Course along with representatives of the Deanship of Student Affairs participated in this campaign by distributing winter blankets to chaste families. The President of Al-Yarmouk Club/ Al-Baqa’a branch, thanked AAU for its support and for distributing winter blankets to 110 chaste women from the area. This campaign has brought joy to the hearts of the targeted families and contributed to promoting the human values of the participating students as well as developing their sense of social responsibility towards others.
