AAU Hosts Fulbright Jordan's Executive Director

President Professor Sari Hamdan extended a warm welcome to Mr. Edward Prados, the Executive Director of Fulbright Jordan, and the accompanying delegation. The meeting, attended by Professor Anas Al-Soud, the Vice President for International Relations and Quality Affairs, kicked off with an insightful overview of AAU, emphasizing its distinctive features and interests in line with the strategic plan. During the visit, a collaborative agreement was inked between AAU and Fulbright Jordan, marking a significant step towards strengthening collaboration with the Jordanian-American Committee for Educational Exchange. Fulbright's senior staff hosted an enlightening workshop for a group of university faculty members, shedding light on the pivotal aspects of the Fulbright Connections and Grants project tailored for faculty members. The objective is to foster opportunities for knowledge exchange between our AAU faculty members and their counterparts in American universities. The delegation also took a tour of various university facilities, including the Hourani E-Learning Center.
