AAU Hosts Council of Arab Cultural Counselors and Cultural Attachés in Jordan

Professor Sadeq Hamed, president of Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU), received the Council of Arab Cultural Counselors and Cultural Attachés in Amman, headed by Dr. Ali bin Abdullah Alzahrani, cultural attaché at the embassy of Saudi Arabia, and as Members of the Council Dr. Atiyyeh Alshammari, cultural attaché at the embassy of Kuwait, Dr. Abdulkarim Alwirafi, cultural counselor at the embassy of the Republic of Yemen, Mr. Bakheet Aldosari, cultural attaché at the embassy of Kingdom of Bahrain, Mr. Hamad Karam Alkabi, cultural counselor at the embassy of United Arab Emirates, Mr. Jamal Alkhaldi, cultural counselor at the embassy of Palestine, and Mr. Yaser Ahmad Alsiddeiq, minister plenipotentiary at the embassy of the Republic of Sudan. President Hamed welcomed the delegation and thanked them for this good initiative, which would enhance communication and cooperation between the two parties. All means to improve the well-being of Jordanian and Arab community students were discussed as well. Professor Hamed presented a brief summary about the University and the specializations it offers now and the new ones the University will offer starting the coming academic year to implement the University policy of coping with the technological developments and the market needs in the region. During the meeting, the guests discussed the conditions of Arab students at AAU to ensure the quality of the services offered by the University. At the end of the meeting, the delegation thanked AAU and its administration, and expressed their happiness with the development the University is witnessing at all levels, wishing the University and its administration more and more progress.
