AAU Hosts A workshop titled Strategic Planning & Administrative Excellence for University Leaders

The AAU Faculty of Engineering hosted Engineer Salah Al-Sweiti, the General Director of the “Taleed Medical Supplies” Company who presented a workshop titled Strategic Planning & Administrative Excellence for University Leaders. This workshop which took place on Friday, 18/12/2020 on the Microsoft Teams program was attended by Prof. Bassam Al-Mahasna, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and faculty members. During the workshop, the engineer talked about the objectives and importance of strategic planning, its stages and steps, and the importance of performance measurement indicators. At the end of the workshop, an interactive discussion was held, during which a group of inquiries were raised.
