AAU Honored for Its Outstanding Role in Serving the Local Community in Al-Balqa Governorate

Under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Salman Al-Najada, Governor of Al-Balqa, Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU) was honored in recognition of its distinguished efforts in supporting and serving the local community in Al-Balqa Governorate, particularly in the city of Salt. The ceremony was organized by the "Balqa Knights Youth Initiative" in collaboration with the Jubeil Thabet Charity Association. The event took place at the Salt Chamber of Commerce Hall, where honorary shields were presented to Dr. Maher Al-Hourani, Chairman of the University’s Board of Directors, and Prof. Sari Hamdan, AAU President. The ceremony was also attended by Prof. Mustafa Al-Atiyyat, Dean of Student Affairs at AAU. The ceremony witnessed the participation of several dignitaries, including ministers, officials, and members of the local community. This recognition reflects AAU’s leading role in supporting community initiatives, voluntary and charitable work, and its continuous commitment to strengthening active partnerships with local institutions.
