AAU Concludes its Participation in the First Arab Forum for University Leaderships

AAU participated in the First Arab Forum for University Leaderships titled “Strategies of Excellence in University Performance”. The Forum was held by the Arab Organization for Administrative Development- the League of Arab States- in cooperation with the Association of Arab Universities. It is worth mentioning that the AAU delegation which participated in this two-day forum held in Cairo, Egypt was headed by Prof. Sari Hamdan, the AAU President, and the membership of Prof. Michel Sweidan, the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Dr. Alaa Al-Hourani, the Dean of the School of Business, Dr. Anas Al-Saud, the Director of Business Incubator and the Director of the International Classification & Accreditation and Dr. Husam Kokash, the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center.During this forum, Prof. Hamdan delivered a speech where he highlighted the importance of the university role in managing the university excellence and developing successful strategies that will achieve excellence at all levels of the university. At the end of this event, Prof. Sari Hamdan, the AAU President, honored His Excellency, Prof. Amr Ezzat Salama, the Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, Dr. Naser Al – Qahtani, the Director General of the Arab Organization for Administrative Development and Dr. Adel Al – Sen, the General Coordinator of the Forum in addition to the Forum Keynote Speakers: Dr. David Locke and Dr. Muhammad Lutfy. It is worth noting that Al-Ahliyya Amman University and the University of Jordan represented Jordan in this forum.
