AAU and Istiqlal Hospital Sign Collaboration Agreement

Our university and Istiqlal Hospital signed a collaboration agreement aimed at supporting and enhancing joint medical and clinical research. The agreement also seeks to provide learning, training, and qualification opportunities in Istiqlal Hospital for university students from the Faculty of Nursing and the medical and health faculties. The agreement was signed by our President, Professor Sari Hamdan, and Istiqlal Hospital's General Manager, Mr. Ahmed Al-Ahmad. The signing ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Professor Muntaha Ghraibeh, and Dr. Amro Al-Zyoud, the Assistant Dean for Practical Training Affairs, representing the university. On behalf of the hospital, Mr. Amin Abu Al-Shaar, the Deputy Hospital Director/Nursing Director, and Mr. Ayman Ghatasha, the Continuous Education Manager, were present. During the signing event, Mr. Ahmed Al-Ahmad praised the reputation of our university and its graduates. He emphasized that this agreement reflects the hospital's vision to enhance collaboration with academic institutions to bridge the gap between academic education and practical training. Through this agreement, the university aims to train and qualify Jordanian competencies in healthcare and integrated medicine, enhance continuous medical education, and provide advanced medical services to citizens.
