A New Gold Medal for Al-Ahliyya Amman University in the Young Chefs Competition

Bilsan Al-Naimat, a student from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, won the gold medal in the final round of the Young Chefs Competition. The event was held at Ammon Applied University College and organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation in Jordan and the Arab region, in cooperation with the Jordanian Chefs Association. The competition featured twenty-six participants from culinary programs across universities, colleges, and hotels, all of whom showcased high levels of creativity and professionalism. Al-Naimat secured first place thanks to her exceptional skills and the quality of the dishes she presented. Her achievement comes as the result of a comprehensive training program at the college, under the supervision of Chef Maysaa Hassiba, who oversaw the students’ preparation and guided them through the competition process in a professional setting that enhances their practical skills.
