A Memorandum of Understanding between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Dumlupinar University in Turkey

Al-Ahliyya Amman University, represented by its President, Prof. Sari Hamdan signed a memorandum of understanding with Dumlupinar University in Turkey, represented by its President, Prof. Kazim Oweisal on Tuesday December 20, 2022. The memorandum aims to encourage academic collaboration, scientific cooperation, joint research and the exchange of faculty and students between the two universities. During the signing ceremony, in the presence of Prof. Anas Al-Soud, the Vice President for International Relations and Quality, Prof. Hamdan has emphasized the importance of building partnerships and cooperative relationships with Turkish universities as well as enriching the academic and research cooperation in various scientific and technological fields. The memorandum has included provisions for the exchange of faculty members for teaching and research, participation in conferences and scientific seminars, the implementation of short-term academic programs and the exchange of students in common disciplines. From his side, the President of Dumlupinar University expressed his appreciation for the visit and the initiative that will open avenues of cooperation with the Turkish educational institutions. During the visit, the delegation also toured some of the university's facilities, including the Houani Center for e-Learning and Blended Education, the Cybersecurity Center, the Cosmetology Department, the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts. At the end of the visit, the university presented an honoring shield to its esteemed guest in appreciation of his visit.
