A delegation from the Medical University of Vienna visits Al-Ahliyya Amman

A high-level delegation from the Medical University of Vienna, headed by the Vice President of the University, Prof. Michaela Fritz, which included the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Andreas Moritz, and a group of professors visited Al-Ahliyya Amman University, where the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Sari Hamdan, received the Austrian delegation visiting the university to activate the agreement signed last year with the aim of cooperating in establishing the Faculty of Dentistry in Al-Ahliyya Amman University at the highest international standards. The delegation toured the university's various facilities to see the latest achievements of the university, where they expressed their admiration for the distinguished academic level reached by the first private Jordanian university. The Vice President for International Relations and Quality, Prof. Anas Al-Saud, gave a presentation about the university, its academic programs and research centers, given the great research cooperation between the two universities that is already in place. A lengthy meeting was held between the two sides, which included a number of university officials, from various fields including supportive medical sciences, nursing and e-learning. It is worth mentioning that Al-Ahliyya Amman University is finalizing the establishment of the Faculty of Dentistry and is applying for special accreditation in order to start receiving dental students at the beginning of the new academic year in October of this year.
