A cultural event in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences

The Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, headed by Prof. Ruba Al-Batayneh organized a cultural event that brought together the Palestinian writer Ziad Khaddash and the visual artist Rania Amoudi. The artists presented creative visual and script sketches representing Palestine before the Nakba through interrogating the Palestinian margin at that time, such as coffee houses, printing machines, and small details that formed a central part of the Palestinian culture before the Nakba. This artistic experience came in the context of responding to the myths of the Zionist colonial speech related to Palestine, its existence, its history, and its cultural heritage.
