Important Announcement on the 23rd Batch Alumni

The 23rd Batch Alumni Committee of second-semester students for the academic year 2015- 2016, announces the following:1.The Arena Cultural Complex will host the rehearsal graduation ceremony at 12:00 noon, Thursday 14/7/2016.2.The graduates will be given 4 invitation cards to attend the ceremony with instructions and directives paper, on Thursday 14/7/2016 immediately after the ceremony rehearsal at the General Supplies Department, next to the Faculty of Pharmacy– Ground Floor. 3.The academic dress will be distributed on 10/7/2016 throughout 14/7/2016 at the Faculty of Engineering, General Supplies Department, next to the Labs of the Civil Engineering Division, from 9:00 am to 14:30 pm. 4.The graduation ceremony will be on Saturday 16/7/2016. Where the ceremony will start at 17:00 pm noting that the students and their relatives can attend at 15:00 pm. The Arena gates will be closes at 16:45 pm. 5.The graduates can start the discharge procedures starting from the announcement date.6.Attached are directives and instructions.
