Important Announcement for all students: Registration instructions for the courses of the second semester 2014/2015

The Admission and Registration Department announces that registration for courses of the second semester 2014/2015 will be open starting on Sunday, 14/12/2014, till Saturday evening, 21/2/2015. The second semester will start on Sunday morning, 22/02/2015. For registration, students should follow the following steps: 1) Students should pay the semester fees at the Department of Finance and should make sure that their screens have been opened before leaving the Department of Finance. 2) Jordanian students should submit the military service booklet to the military service officer at the Military Service Office. Any student who fails to submit his military service booklet will not be allowed to register. 3) Students can obtain the forms they want from their academic advisor at the faculty. Students should correctly fill in the form by indicating the course name and number and division number and time under the supervision of the academic guide. The form will be in turn signed and sealed by the academic guide. 4) The forms should be submitted to the registrar of the faculty, who in turn will register the student courses based on the available divisions. The student should obtain the schedule of the registered courses and check the courses before leaving the Department. The registered schedule will be binding on the student. 5) Students can register directly through the website of the University. In this case, students will assume responsibility for registration according to their study plans. 6) Students can add or withdraw courses according to the schedule that will be officially announced from Sunday - Thursday (22/2 to 26/2/ 2015). 7) In the event the registration of any late student is officially approved, the student will pay the fines incurred according to the instructions. 8) Registration for late students will start on Sunday morning 22/2/2015, and late fees will be assessed.
