Important announcement for all students: Instructions for registration of 2014-2015 First Semester Courses

The Admission and Registration Department announces the commencement of registration process for 2014-2015 First Semester courses as of Wednesday, 20/8/2014, until Saturday evening, 11/10/2014. The first semester will begin on Sunday morning, 12/10/2014. Registration instructions:1.Students shall visit the Finance Department to pay the semester fees and ensure that their screens have been opened for them before leaving the Finance Department.2.Jordanian students shall visit the Military Service Office to ensure deferring the Military Service Book. Any defaulting student shall not be allowed access to registration.3.The student shall obtain the registration form from his academic guide in the faculty. The form shall be correctly completed, indicating the name and number of the course, division number, and course date, under the supervision of the guide. The form shall be officially signed and sealed by the guide.4.The form shall be submitted to the faculty registrar who shall register the student in the course, depending on the availability of divisions. The student shall make sure that he obtains the registered courses schedule and shall verify its correctness before leaving the Department. The registered schedule shall be binding on the student.5.The student may register directly through the University website. The student shall be responsible for his registration according to his study plan (with the exception of new students who shall refer to the academic guide directly).6.Add/drop shall be carried out according to the timetable officially announced on Sunday-Thursday (12/10-16/10/2014). 7.In the event of official approval of registering any late student, the student shall pay the penalty prescribed under the instructions.8.Late students shall be allowed to register, with payment of penalty, as of Sunday morning, 12/10/2014.Director of Admission and Registration Department
