Program Description
The Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program is a comprehensive five-year program, totaling 200 credited hours. The program aims to graduate highly competent and responsible dentists equipped with the necessary scientific knowledge and practical experience to diagnose and treat all oral and dental diseases. It encompasses the study of basic sciences and vital medical sciences required to understand the fundamentals of public health and the general nature of the human body and its diseases. Moreover, the program includes an extensive study of both basic and clinical dental sciences and ensures intensive practical and clinical training in all modern dentistry fields. The program distinguishes itself by fostering critical thinking among students and enhancing their problem-solving abilities through the utilization of modern teaching methods and empowering scientific research skills.
