Students are expected to translate theory into practice and apply competencies related to assessment, monitoring, and diagnoses of the health status using the Community as Partner (CasP) model to individuals, families, aggregates, and communities. Students will conduct community assessment, and applying health education principles at different community settings through visits and practice in variety primary health care centers (MCH services and NCD), protection agencies, special institutions for vulnerable groups. Students will focus on implementation and evaluation phases of the nursing process. Emphasis is placed on developing the role of the clinical nurse specialist in community-oriented, population-focused practice utilizing best practice models and evidence. |
