Research and Information Department

The Research and Information Department undertakes the following tasks:

• Conduct research studies and surveys to assess, identify and analyze women's health needs in the community in collaboration with partners.
• Gather evidence, collect data that fall within the women’s health research priorities that requires interventions across the multiple sectors.
• Develop plans, key interventions and initiatives needed to bring about large scale changes that improve women’s health and social status.
• Prepare and continuously update a database of experts and consultants in the fields of women’s health.
• Organize sources of information, data and document successes in the field of women's health.
• Prepare annual reports that include number of research studies that have been conducted and the data that have been documented.
