Mission

The center seeks to develop language skills for students and teachers in Arabic and English by offering specialized materials in this field, holding reinforcement courses that serve university students and members of administrative and educational bodies, and also serve the local community.

Objectives

• Supervise the administrative and technical aspects of the University's compulsory, elective and remedial requirements in Arabic and English.
• Design and teach Arabic-language programs to non- Arabic speakers.
• Teach foreign languages in which no degree is given through courses for students, faculty members, and community members.
• Coordination between the University and cultural and academic institutions in the field of teaching languages.
• Conduct English language refresher courses for university staff and community members.
• Conduct English language courses for university students.
• Conduct scientific researches on languages and teaching methods.
