It is my pleasure to welcome you to the website of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, one of the institutional pillars supporting the University’s journey toward excellence, sustainability, and competitiveness. The Center works to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement, strengthen strategic planning and institutional performance management, oversee compliance with academic accreditation and quality assurance requirements, and further develop the measurement and evaluation framework. These efforts contribute to enhancing institutional performance and efficiency, improving the quality of academic programs and university services, and supporting data- and evidence-based decision-making. At the Center, we believe that quality is neither a procedural requirement nor an end in itself; rather, it is an integrated institutional approach and a shared responsibility that requires the active participation of all faculties, deanships, centers, departments, and organizational units across the University. Accordingly, the Center is committed to building effective internal partnerships and developing practices, systems, and tools that support continuous improvement and keep pace with national and international standards and contemporary practices in higher education. The Center also seeks to strengthen the use of data, modern technologies, and advanced analytics in performance measurement and in anticipating opportunities for future development. This supports the University in achieving its strategic objectives, ensuring the quality of its outcomes, and enhancing its position locally and internationally.
