The Department is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and updating the University’s strategic plan; following up on action plans, initiatives, performance indicators, and achievement rates; supporting the risk and emergency management system; and contributing to the development of institutional performance and processes in alignment with the University’s directions and strategic priorities.
