Standards to reduce water use in our campus infrastructure

Al-Ahliyya Amman University, through the University’s Department of Public Supplies and Services, is committed to implementing strict building standards to reduce water use in our campus infrastructure. By adhering to recognized standards such as LEED and incorporating features such as low-flow fixtures, rainwater harvesting, and water-conserving landscaping, we are at the forefront of sustainable building practices. Through these efforts, we aim to create a campus that not only promotes water efficiency, but also serves as a model for responsible and environmentally conscious construction and design within and beyond the academic community.
