Introduction:
Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU) recognizes the crucial importance of promoting mental health and well-being among its academic and administrative staff. Through the Center for Psychological Care and the Clinical Psychology Department, the university provides confidential counselling services, stress-management workshops, and awareness sessions to help employees maintain psychological balance and professional productivity.
AAU’s approach integrates preventive education with personalized support, offering periodic programs focused on work-life balance, emotional resilience, and mental wellness in the workplace. The programs are implemented in collaboration with national experts and specialized institutions to ensure quality and sustainability.
