Master of Clinical Psychology (Faculty of Arts and Sciences)
The Master of Clinical Psychology program aims to prepare specialists with advanced theoretical knowledge, research skills, and clinical competencies in diagnosing and treating psychological and behavioral disorders, thereby contributing to the promotion of mental health and the improvement of therapeutic services. The program is interdisciplinary in nature, combining clinical psychology, neuroscience, behavioral and social sciences, statistics and research methods, and medical sciences, while integrating technology and artificial intelligence in psychological assessment, digital therapy, clinical data analysis, and therapeutic interventions through digital platforms.
The program adheres to ethical and professional standards in the practice of psychotherapy and encourages students to engage in intensive clinical training and applied research to strengthen their practical expertise. It aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (3, 4, 8, 10) by promoting good health and well-being, supporting quality education, providing decent work, and reducing inequalities. The program is integrated with Jordan’s Economic Modernization Vision 2022–2033 through graduating qualified professionals capable of supporting the mental health sector and enhancing the health system’s capacity to address psychological and social challenges.
Graduates are qualified to work as clinical psychologists, psychological counselors, and mental health researchers in hospitals, health and community centers, educational institutions, and humanitarian organizations, in addition to pursuing doctoral studies and specialized fields. The program remains up to date and is continuously developed in consultation with stakeholders, ensuring that learning outcomes are achieved through diverse teaching, learning, and assessment methods that align with national, regional, and global needs as well as labor market requirements.

- Tuition Fees: 200 Jordanian Dinars or 275 US Dollars per credit hour.

- Practical Training and Community Service: Included as core graduation requirements.
