At AAU, we are deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive campus community that reflects the broad spectrum of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that make our world so rich and dynamic. We recognize the importance of creating an academic environment that celebrates diversity, and as such, we take planned, proactive actions to recruit students, staff, and faculty from under-represented groups. These actions are rooted in our belief that diversity enriches the educational experience and drives innovation, research, and social progress. In addition, AAU established multi-AAU agents' offices and formed diverse cultural and social activities sections incorporating clubs representing various nationalities, including Iraqi, Kuwaiti, and Palestinian clubs. |
