Department Tasks

1. Design and implement basic and specialized training programs.
2. Manage and ensure the quality of courses offered in health specialties, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation courses approved by the American Heart Association.
3. Provide and qualify trainers who are able to transfer scientific information.
4. Prepare and provide training materials based on modern scientific evidence, taking into account the scientific material related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation courses, in accordance with the International Training Center.
5. Provide the necessary infrastructure and equipment for training within local and international standards.
6. Hold the necessary examinations and issue certificates for courses accredited locally, regionally, and globally within the principles of holding examinations and issuing certificates agreed upon.
7. Manage and store training records.
8. Evaluate the performance of the trainers, measure the satisfaction of the trainees, and issue the results in order to take the necessary decisions for improvement.
9. Prepare periodic reports on the training courses and workshops held.
