The Institutional Development Department contributes to preparing, reviewing and updating the strategic plan, following up on the preparation and implementation of annual work plans in coordination and cooperation with colleges, deanships and organizational units, in addition to following up on the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and following up on the implementation of "quality assurance standards in higher education institutions." At the university level, preparing a self-assessment study in coordination and cooperation with stakeholders and working to achieve it, in addition to reviewing and updating systems, instructions, policies, procedures, descriptions, functional structures and general organizational structure in a way that contributes to the process of continuous improvement. Within this context, the Measurement Department works on building and designing measurement tools and questionnaires and how Designing it, following up its distribution, analyzing it, and preparing studies and statistical reports in this regard.
