The Faculty of Law at AAU Participates in the Tenth Arab Moot Court Competition

A team from the Faculty of Law at AAU participated in the Tenth Arab Moot Court Competition held at the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court in Kuwait, under the auspices of the International Kuwaiti Law School. The case presented reflected the realities of violations and atrocities occurring in our surroundings, specifically in Palestine, and particularly in Gaza. The prepared team drafted written memoranda for each court and presented oral arguments before each court. The team consisted of Mustafa Al-Rafei, Youssef Zarour, Joud Al-Shakheibi, and Leen Koksh from the Faculty of Law under the supervision of Dr. Saddam Al-Awaisha. The team advanced to the quarter-finals and secured fifth place out of 28 participating Arab universities in the competition.
