AAU Participates in the Second Forum for Deans of Scientific Research at Jordan University of Science and Technology

Represented by the Dean of Scientific Research, Professor Iman Al-Nazli, AAU participated in the second forum for deans of scientific research in Jordan, held at the Jordan University of Science and Technology. The event was attended by deans of scientific research from several universities and research institutions, where the latest innovations and research in various fields were reviewed. It provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences, build strategic partnerships to enhance the quality of scientific research in universities and research institutions. Opinions and experiences were exchanged on how to enhance a fruitful research environment and develop strategies to promote research collaboration among universities. Challenges facing scientific research were discussed, along with exploring new opportunities to achieve scientific and technological progress. On the sidelines of the forum, practical workshops were held focusing on a variety of research topics, including the use of artificial intelligence in research fields, the necessity of collaboration among Jordanian universities, coordinating joint research projects, developing research methods, and using technology in scientific investigations. Emphasis was also placed on best practices in evaluating scientific research and effectively disseminating results to enrich scientific knowledge and contribute to sustainable development.
