The Faculty of Architecture and Design Presents a Workshop Titled: "Exquisite Engineering and Ornamental Units in the Architecture of the Dome of the Rock"

The Faculty of Architecture and Design organized the eleventh session of its academic season for the current university year by hosting a workshop titled "Exquisite Engineering and Ornamental Units in the Architecture of the Dome of the Rock." The workshop was presented by Dr. Faten Al-Jazzar, a faculty member in the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Design, on Thursday, April 4, 2024, via Microsoft Teams. The session explored the intricate architectural and decorative arts of this Islamic landmark, highlighting their beauty and functionality, and discussed how these elements can be utilized in contemporary design. This workshop is part of the academic season launched by the faculty on October 26, 2023, which includes a series of workshops and scientific lectures presented by the faculty members.
