Optometry Science
Bachelor
The Optometry Program is unique in that it is the first and only program at the level of private universities in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the department was created as one of the departments of the College of Allied Medical Sciences in 2015. The department awards a bachelor’s degree in optometry upon the successful completion of (132) credit hours distributed over four academic years. The Department of Optometry was established to provide the opportunity for its graduates to work in optical centers, ophthalmology centers and optometry centers, in addition to eye clinics in hospitals.

* In order to enroll in any science program, you are required to pay the value of one academic year (30 hours) in advance from the total number of hours of the science discipline.
** Students from the Republic of Egypt are granted a special discount of 35% on the overall credit hours required for their selected field of study. Following the discount, the total cost is indicated in the table provided below.
