ABOUT
ICETES 2026 is an international conference technically sponsored by IEEE and hosted by Al-Ahliyya Amman University, Jordan. The conference is organized by Al-Ahliyya Amman University in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Center of the Association of Arab Universities. Accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and submitted for indexing in Scopus. ICETES 2026 provides a distinguished forum for the dissemination of high-quality research across diverse technology and engineering disciplines. The conference brings together researchers, academicians, industry practitioners, engineers, and postgraduate scholars from around the world to engage in scholarly dialogue and exchange of expertise. It emphasizes recent developments in emerging technologies and advanced engineering systems, highlighting their role in fostering innovation, strengthening cybersecurity and resilience, and advancing sustainable socio-technical progress. Through rigorous academic contributions and collaborative engagement, ICETES 2026 aims to address contemporary scientific and industrial challenges, promoting evidence-based, technology-driven solutions that contribute to global knowledge, societal advancement, and future technological development.

Submission
The International Conference on Emerging Technologies and Engineering Systems (ICETES-2026) invites researchers, academics, and industry professionals to submit their original contributions to this prestigious event, which will be held from April 7th to 9th, 2026, in Amman, Jordan.
The conference aims to provide a dynamic platform for the exchange of cutting-edge ideas, research results, and practical innovations in rapidly evolving domains, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Blockchain Technologies, Computer Engineering, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Smart Cities.
All accepted and presented papers will be included in the ICETES-2026 Conference Proceedings, which IEEE Xplore will publish, provided they meet IEEE quality standards and are presented at the conference.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit high-quality, original, unpublished research papers (4–6 pages in IEEE format) via the conference submission system. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present their work at the conference.
Submissions must not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere during the review period.

Paper Format: Submissions must follow the IEEE conference paper format. Templates are available here: IEEE Templates – Microsoft Word and LaTeX.
Paper Length: The maximum paper length is 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references. An extra charge will apply for each additional page (up to 2 pages max).
Language: All submissions must be written in English.
Types of Contributions:
We invite submissions in the form of:
● Full Papers (up to 6 pages + 2 additional pages)
● Short Papers (4 pages max)
● Poster Abstracts (2 pages max)
All accepted papers will be included in the ICETES-2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, provided they meet IEEE quality standards and are presented at the conference.
Review Process
Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two expert reviewers. Authors must remove any identifying information from the manuscript prior to submission.
Policies
Plagiarism: Submissions must comply with the IEEE plagiarism policy. All manuscripts will be checked for similarity using plagiarism detection tools.
Using AI-based tools: Any inappropriate or unethical use of AI-generated content may lead to rejection of the submission and possible sanctions.
No-Show Policy: Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Papers not presented will be excluded from the final proceedings.
