Quality Division


Tasks


  • Contributing and preparing the work plan of the Department of Administrative Development and following up its implementation in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
  • Introducing and adopting the concepts of quality and the institutional performance development and spreading the culture of excellence at the University in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
  • Preparing policies, procedures and forms and continuously reviewing and improving them in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
  • Preparing organizational structures, reviewing and updating them periodically, and whenever necessary, in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
  • Reviewing and updating systems and instructions to keep pace with developments in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
  • Preparing tasks and job descriptions, reviewing and updating them periodically, and whenever necessary, in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
  • Documenting and archiving quality documents and following up their circulation, application, reviewing and updating.
  • Preparing a list of standardized files at the University level and circulate them to organizational units.
  • Following up the implementation of the international standard (ISO 9001: 2015) and any other standards adopted by the University.
  • Preparing and implementing the internal audit plan in accordance with the International Standard Specifications (ISO 9001: 2015) and any other standards adopted by the University.
  • Preparing a matrix of quality objectives.
  • Reviewing and updating the quality manual - whenever necessary-.
  • Preparing for the visit of the external audit and facilitate its mission.
  • Continuously improving the quality management systems and the implementation of standard specifications, which the University follows.
  • Following up the document review requests, reviewing, and updating the documented information in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.


Planning Division


Tasks


  • Preparing the University strategic plan in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
  • Preparing the annual work plans for faculties, deanships, departments, centers and offices in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
  • Preparing the performance indicators matrices for the annual work plans for faculties, deanships, departments, centers and offices.
  • Following up and reviewing the annual reports of faculties, deanships, departments, centers, and offices, and preparing the annual report at the University level.
  • Preparing and evaluating the risk management plan and preparing the response procedures and following up its implementation.


Measurement and Evaluation Division


Tasks


  • Contributing to the preparation of the work plan of the Department of Administrative Development and following up its implementation.
  • Designing and building questionnaires and data collection tools necessary for the evaluation process.
  • Collecting statistical data related to all activities of the University and its organizational units.
  • Analyzing statistically the data and preparing studies and statistical reports related to it.
  • Providing the concerned authorities with statistical data and information, studies and statistical reports that contribute to the development of plans and decision-making.
  • Drawing conclusions, presenting recommendations, and following up their implementation in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
  • Establishing an electronic database that contains inputs and outputs.
