Princess Sumaya inaugurates the new building of the Faculty of Nursing at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Her Royal Highness Princess Sumaya Bint El Hassan inaugurated the new building of the Faculty of Nursing at Al-Ahliyya Amman University. The inauguration was in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Maher Al-Hourani and President of the university, Prof. Sari Hamdan, Ms. Enas Al-Hourani, member of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Muntaha Al-Gharaibeh, Dean of the Nursing Faculty, Vice Deans, Deans Council as well as faculty members. Prof. Sari Hamdan, president of the university was delighted to state that the faculty’s building is established and developed to meet high medical standards besides that it is equipped with the latest technologies and up-to-date machinery and techniques that will assist in providing the students with the finest knowledge and simulation experiences possible. Dean of the Nursing Faculty, Prof. Muntaha Al-Gharaibeh, stated that the Faculty includes 320 students of different nationalities and is equipped with the latest scientific technologies in the field of health care. In addition to 5 laboratories that grant students with the opportunity to practice their knowledge through simulation techniques that can replicate clinical practices in a safe environment.
