• Preparing the work plan of the Office and following up its implementation in coordination and cooperation with the concerned.
• Following up the registration of non-Jordanian students in order to obtain a proof of student for the purposes of official transactions.
• Contacting the official departments in Jordan to obtain entry visas for non-Jordanian students wishing to study at the University.
• Following up the issuance and renewal of residence permits for students during their study in the University.
• Following up the issuance of residencies and work permits for faculty members.
