Guidance and Student Issues Section



This Division is concerned of:

  • Making the students aware of the instructions of Students Disciplinary Council
  • Presenting the student of his rights and duties.
  • Instructing the students of the services offered by the University.
  • Receiving the students’ complaints and suggestions .
  • Receiving and returning back the missings.
  • Issuing the university student card (Student ID).
  • Issuing the certificate of Good Conduct/ You should have a receipt of five dinars from the Finance Department.
