Diploma Overview
Many skilled drone operators lack the financial, commercial, and legal skills required to build sustainable businesses, limiting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the sector.
This diploma takes students from market analysis through financial planning, legal structuring, and growth strategy, culminating in a complete, investment-ready business plan for a drone venture—alongside the same EASA-compliant aerial foundation shared across AAU's drone diploma programs.
