Mr. Yousef Sweiss is the owner and executive manager as his family business in the field of ISO Certification of Management Systems and has been in the business field since his graduation from Al-Ahliyya Amman University in 2021 

He graduated from Al-Ahliyya Amman University from the faculty of Business majoring in business administration, economics, and finance. His major in business studies focusing on all aspects of business and finance as well as communication, planning, organizing which increased and developed his career with a strong knowledge and a solid background. 

Mr. Yousef’s passion and dedication to the field of business was due to his time and education spent at the Al-Ahliyya Amman University which laid the foundation for his business acumen, and his degree in Business Administration has been instrumental in helping him navigate the complexities of running and managing a company. All these axes provided him with more skills and qualifications, and giving a wider scoop to focus on expanding his functions as well as degrees. Business-driven as well as an advocate for education, Mr. Yousef completed his Master’s degree in 2024 and is in the process of completing his PhD in Business studies. Each of these educational pursuits has helped him develop a deeper understanding of the areas he works in, allowing him to innovate and expand the services provided by TQCSI Jordan. 

Mr. Yousef excelled and succeeded in his career due to his passion for business and accomplishment oriented mindset. Not only does he aim to succeed, he also dreams and is inspired by others to further expand TQCSI Jordan’s reach and influence within the region. He aims to continue developing his expertise in quality management and risk assessment, with a focus on helping organizations improve their operational efficiency and meet international standards. His passion includes contributing to the development of the certification and risk management sectors in Jordan and beyond
