From Pharmacy to Regional Leadership in the Pharmaceutical Industry

After graduating from Al-Ahliyya Amman University, he began his professional journey as a Medical Representative at Boehringer Ingelheim in Doha, Qatar. He then progressed through Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing, achieving notable milestones, including becoming the youngest Brand Manager and the youngest Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in the Middle East region.

Through his growing experience and leadership development, he reached his current position as Regional Sales Manager – Specialty Care & Rare Diseases, Gulf Countries, at Boehringer Ingelheim, Kuwait, continuing his career in the pharmaceutical industry at a regional level.

His Pharmacy degree at AAU provided him with a strong scientific foundation, critical-thinking skills, and self-confidence. His professional experiences further strengthened his adaptability, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to succeed across different fields.

His message to AAU students and recent graduates is to never limit their ambitions to their degree or first job. Instead, they should invest in themselves, seize opportunities, and embrace new challenges with confidence and humility.

At this stage of his career, his ambition is to continue progressing toward broader strategic and executive leadership roles, contribute to sustainable business growth, and make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. He also aspires to develop talent, build high-performing teams, and create a lasting positive impact on the people and organizations he works with.
