I graduated from Al-Ahliyya Amman University in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. I began my professional journey in engineering and technology, working across several companies that broadened my experience and strengthened my ability to adapt to new challenges. My journey eventually led me to Injazat, now known as Core42, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where I currently serve as Senior Director – Enterprise Digital Managed Services.

Throughout my career, I have led major digital transformation initiatives and large operational teams across infrastructure, digital experience, and artificial intelligence. One of my proudest achievements has been progressing from an engineer solving technical challenges to a leader who brings together people, technology, and business priorities to improve operational efficiency and deliver meaningful results.

My career has presented challenges in maintaining service continuity, managing technology operations, and keeping pace with rapid technological developments. I have addressed these challenges by setting clear priorities, making informed decisions, and building collaborative teams that take ownership, communicate effectively, and continuously learn and improve.

I believe Al-Ahliyya Amman University provided me with the academic foundation and analytical skills that helped shape my career. My experience has also reinforced the importance of continuous learning and adaptability as essential elements of success in the technology sector.

My advice to AAU students and recent graduates is: “Let your degree open the first door, then let your curiosity, courage, and commitment to delivering results open the rest.”

Looking ahead, my ambition is to lead transformations that turn technology into lasting progress and build teams whose impact extends beyond individual achievements, creating sustainable value for organizations and society.
