After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Al-Ahliyya Amman University in 2014, Ms. Sadeen Abu Ghazaleh embarked on a remarkable professional journey, driven by ambition, resilience, and a passion for continuous learning. To strengthen her practical skills, she pursued additional courses in customer relations, equipping her with the tools necessary to thrive in a dynamic and competitive business environment.
Although her academic background is rooted in marketing, the well-rounded education she received at Al-Ahliyya Amman University empowered her with a versatile skill set that transcended disciplinary boundaries. This foundation enabled her to seamlessly adapt across various industries, from consulting and public relations to customer experience and corporate communications. Her ability to pivot and succeed in multiple domains is a testament to both her education and her determination.
Ms. Sadeen’s academic training provided her with deep insights into strategic market analysis, consumer behavior, marketing plan development, and relationship management. Her exposure to research methodologies and collaborative work further enhanced her ability to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world business applications skills that have directly fueled her professional development.
Her journey eventually led her to the automotive industry, where she found her niche in marketing and public relations. In her role at KIA Jordan, she plays a vital part in shaping the company’s public image. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing PR strategies, preparing press releases and media kits, coordinating with journalists and media outlets, and managing partnerships with sponsors, stakeholders, and external organizations. Through these efforts, she continues to enhance the brand’s visibility and foster strong relationships with the community.
Looking ahead, Ms. Sadeen aspires to further deepen her expertise in public relations and event management. Her vision is to launch innovative initiatives that align with evolving market trends, strengthen customer loyalty, and elevate the company's image both locally and regionally.
