Mr. Zeid Shwayyat is the director of the international relations department at the Jordanian Olympic Committee since 2024, and his role is an extremely vital one as he manages his employees, international events, collaborations and lead international relations strategies. fostering relationships with stakeholders and international sporting bodies, securing successfully strategic cooperation's. In addition to acting as the lead liaison ensuring smooth diplomatic protocols advising the committee in with compliance and international sporting policies as well as many more. His experience and wisdom enhanced due to his education at Al Ahliya Amman University. He graduated from Al-Ahliya Amman University In 2002 with bachelor's degree in Business Administration. His major in business administration well as focusing on extracurricular programs and activities and particularly interested in Marketing-related courses, led him to pursue a career in the field His skills and abilities to become a qualified leader in his position was due to his time and education at Al-Ahliya Amman University.

He worked in the Jordanian advertising sector, with his final position being Account Director at AdPro Communications. Following that he spent & years as Senior Manager of Brand and Digital at Umniah Mobile Company. Finally, currently, he is serving as the Director of International Relations at the Jordan Olympic Committee.
