After finishing their degrees in 2003, with a specialization in Computer Information Systems from Amman Al Ahliyya University, Mr. Mohammad Jalal and Ms. Nancy Musheinesh embarked on an extraordinary journey. Their common educational background set them up for success in the workforce; they followed separate but complementary career paths before deciding to form a partnership and launch their own company.

Despite their major being in Information Technology, the comprehensive education that they received at Al-Ahliyya Amman University equipped them with versatile skills that allowed them to excel in different fields and adapt seamlessly to diverse professional environments. This adaptability has been a key factor in their ability to blend into and succeed in various industries, from telecommunications to public relations and marketing.

During their time at university, Mohammad Jalal was listed on the honor list, ranking second overall in the class of 2003, while Nancy Musheinesh was among the top 10 graduates. This academic excellence laid a strong foundation for their future endeavors.

In 2009, Nancy and Mohammad combined their expertise and founded Protei. The partnership between Nancy and Mohammad represents the Yin and Yang principle of complementary strengths, born out of their synergy. Ms. Nancy brought with her a wealth of knowledge from her time in government and diplomacy, including valuable experience gained while working with USAID and the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Services. This greatly enhanced her skills in public relations, project management, marketing, and legal matters. Meanwhile, Mr. Mohammad, through years of dedication and hard work, had become a leading expert in the telecommunications industry. His deep technical knowledge and strategic insight have been crucial in driving the growth and success of Protei. Their partnership is a driving force for their company's growth, thanks to Mohammad's extensive technical knowledge and Nancy's mastery of Project management, marketing, and legal matters. Because of the complementary skill sets they bring to the table, they have successfully navigated the corporate world as a team.

Both Mohammad and Nancy actively participate in international exhibitions, representing their company on the global stage and continuously seeking new opportunities to expand Protei’s influence.
