Mr. Marwan Ishtawe is the CEO for Manpower Supply Company located in Saudi Arabia and has been in the business field since his graduation from Al-Ahliyya Amman University in 2002

He graduated from Al-Ahliyya Amman University from the faculty of Business majoring in Accounting. His major was diversified in accounting focusing on business studies as well as working as an accountant before graduating which increased and developed his career with a strong knowledge and a solid background.

Mr. Marwans’ passion and dedication to the field of accounting was due to his time and education spent at the Al-Ahliyya Amman University, which guided him to master the basic and advanced skills in his field of career. One of the most factors that helped him to succeed, besides working in the same field while studying, which gave him strong experience and an understanding of the academic subjects more than his colleagues. In addition to the presence of professional academic teachers at the university, especially Dr. Nizar Hussein, Dr. Rabie Al-Hashemi, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Batma. Business-driven with many years of experience, his studies equipped him with a solid foundation in financial management, enabling him to effectively become a finance manager within four years after graduation.

Communication and strategy is a critical aspect of financial management and his education enhanced Mr. Marwan’s ability to communicate effectively employees leading him to become a finance director then CEO. Additionally, Mr. Marwan’s leadership and team management skills, honed during his studies and experience, empowered him to lead staff efficiently; fostering a productive work environment and ensuring financial operations run smoothly. Furthermore, Mr. Marwan’s education emphasized ethical decision-making, enabling him to maintain ethical business practices, which is essential for upholding the reputation and integrity of the company.
