Ms. Lara Batshon is the assistant community director at the AMC and has been in the business field since her graduation from Al-Ahliyya Amman University in 1994.

She graduated from Al-Ahliyya Amman University from the faculty of Business majoring in Business Administration. Her major was diversified in business studies focusing on business as well as Project Management Skills, Leadership Abilities, Strategic Thinking and many more, which increased and developed her career with a strong knowledge and a solid background.

Ms. Lara’s passion and dedication to the field of business was due to her time and education spent at the Al-Ahliyya Amman University, which guided her to master the basic and advanced skills in her field of career. Business-driven with many years of experience, her business management studies equipped her with a solid foundation in financial management, enabling her to effectively manage property budgets, analyze financial statements, and make informed decisions that optimize property revenue while controlling costs. Moreover, the strategic thinking skills that Ms. Lara acquired have been instrumental. She was able to set clear objectives for the properties she oversee, develop long-term plans, and align property operations with the company's overarching goals. Communication is a critical aspect of property management, and her education enhanced Ms. Lara’s ability to communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, and colleagues. She was able to address tenant concerns, negotiate agreements, and maintain professional relationships crucial for property success. Additionally, Ms. Lara’s leadership and team management skills, honed during her studies, empowered her to lead property staff efficiently, fostering a productive work environment and ensuring property operations run smoothly. Furthermore, Ms. Lara’s education emphasized ethical decision-making, enabling her to handle tenant issues fairly and maintain ethical business practices, which is essential for upholding the reputation and integrity of the company.

Ms. Batshon excelled and succeeded in her career due to her passion for business and accomplishment oriented mindset. Not only does she aim to succeed, she also dreams and is inspired by others to pursue her career and of becoming a Community Director that is deeply rooted in the desire to make a meaningful and positive impact on the lives of individuals within a community. This role represents a unique opportunity to be a catalyst for change, a source of inspiration, and a bridge between a company or organization and the people it serves.
