He completed his MA degree from our University  in Arbitration in Construction Contracts.

The program, which is offered by our Faculty of Law, has provided Eng. Khaled a suitable and practical chance for practitioner engineers to re-shift the focus for a while from technical issues and rather become more familiar with the law and jurisprudence in relation to arbitration in construction contracts.

Eng. Qoul  has also obtained a second MA degree from Germany in Civil Engineering. Holding diverse degrees in relation to his field, has led him to develop consultancy skills and integrate his technical knowledge with jurisprudential abilities when delivering services to clients and projects.

His extensive experience and involvement in construction and law companies globally  granted him with the opportunity to develop a different approaches in consulting and managing techniques; leading him to launch successful projects.
