My professional journey began after graduating from Al-Ahliyya Amman University, when I started working in the telecommunications sector at Zain. I later transitioned into Human Resources, a field that became the main focus of my professional development. Alongside my professional responsibilities, I continued my academic studies and earned both my master's and doctoral degrees, believing that continuous learning and knowledge development are essential to professional growth and excellence.

Throughout my career, I gradually advanced through different roles and responsibilities until I reached my current position as Director of the Human Resources and Career Excellence Department at Al-Ahliyya Amman University. I am particularly proud to have returned to the university from which I graduated, not only as an alumnus but also as a professional contributing to its development. Today, I have the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge and practical experience to support human resources development and promote a culture of professional excellence.

Among my key professional achievements, I value my contribution to attracting qualified talent, developing employees' capabilities, and promoting professional excellence and continuous improvement. I believe that investing in human capital is fundamental to organizational success and progress, and that creating a supportive work environment that encourages learning and innovation helps improve performance and achieve institutional goals.

My career has not been without challenges. One of the most significant was balancing my professional responsibilities with my academic commitments while completing my master's and doctoral degrees. I also faced administrative challenges that required improving work procedures and enhancing organizational performance. I overcame these challenges through effective planning, continuous learning, determination, and a strong commitment to achieving my goals. I have always believed in learning from experience and turning challenges into opportunities for growth and development.

Al-Ahliyya Amman University played an important role in building the strong academic and intellectual foundation that shaped my professional journey. Returning to the university has special meaning for me, as it gives me the opportunity to contribute to the institution that helped shape my beginnings. I am proud to use my academic and professional experience to support the development of its human resources and career excellence practices.

My advice to AAU students and recent graduates is to invest in themselves, never stop learning, and continuously develop their skills. I encourage them not to wait for the perfect opportunity but to create their own opportunities through hard work, determination, and perseverance. In my view, success is a continuous journey of learning and experience, and even modest beginnings can lead to remarkable achievements when combined with ambition and dedication.
